INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs are payable for shipping to locations outside India. International orders are normally processed within 10 – 15 business days from the date of orders. Shipping timelines will be intimated to the customer in advance. All our products are packed in secure tamper proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition. Local Taxes, Duty & Customs should be borne by the customer.

Refund will be done through RazorPay within T+5 days

We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:

(i) 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or

(ii) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

(iii) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
